Without this information, a specification of works a

17、s required in 7 ff., 7 EU ff. or 7 VS ff. of VOB/A (DIN 1960) cannot be properly drawn up. This information does not form part of the contract. The specification of works shall, in particular, include the following information as and when applicable. 0.1 Site information 0.1.1 The purpose of the bui

18、lding work and of the grouting work, e.g. auxiliary works or the final structure, and the duration of its use. 0.1.2 Planning results and results of pressure or injection test grouting. 0.1.3 Any limit values, bye-laws, conditions and charges for the discharge of used water into receiving waters or

19、sewerage systems. 0.1.4 Location of any man-made voids, auxiliary structures left in the ground, anchors, grouts, and their owners. DIN 18309:2016-09 5 0.1.5 Details of the structure on which injection grouting work is to be carried out. 0.1.6 Depths and types of foundation, loads from and type of u

20、se or occupancy of, neighbouring structures, together with details of their owners. 0.1.7 Type, location, dimensions, accessibility, nature and loadbearing capacity of the working platform and storage areas, and any restrictions on height of working space, grouped according to construction stage. 0.

21、1.8 Conditions attached to permits and permissions. 0.2 Details of execution of work 0.2.1 Type of grouting work (injection, pressure-grouting or filling). 0.2.2 Type, number and location of grouting sections and injection holes, and grouting sequence, as in DIN EN 1536, DIN EN 1537, DIN EN 12699, D

26、mation on the duration of any stoppages. 0.3 Details not included in the specifications of this standard 0.3.1 If specifications are to be made that are not included in the specifications of this standard, they shall be described separately and clearly in the specification of works. 27、9 6 0.3.2 Such specifications may be of particular relevance in: subclause 3.2.1, if the schedule of work or the type and deployment of equipment are specified by a person other than the contractor, subclause 3.2.2, if the injection parameters are to be left to the discretion of the contractor, subc

28、lause 4.1.5, if the quantity of material for grouting or filling is over 1,7 times the theoretical volume of the borehole. 0.4 Details of associated tasks and special tasks The following are especially likely to require separate itemization in accordance with DIN 18299, subclause 0.4.1: moving on sa

29、me site of grout preparation and grouting equipment (see subclause 4.1.4). 0.5 Accounting of works In the specification of works, accounting of works shall be based on the following units, considering any accounting rules, where appropriate. grouting: by hours of injection time, accounted for separa

30、tely according to pump, provision of manpower and equipment during stoppages: by the day (d) or hour (h), supplying the (solid) raw materials required for preparation of grout material: by mass (kg), accounted for separately according to type, supplying solutions and fluid admixtures: by volume (l),

31、 accounted for separately according to type, preparation and mixing of grouting material: by mass (kg) or volume (l), accounted for separately according to type, insertion of packers into pipes or boreholes: by number, moving of packers within a pipe or the borehole from one injection hole to anothe

32、r: by number, connection of delivery lines to the grouting pipe: by number, taking of samples and carrying out testing: by number, accounted for separately according to test method, ground injection work with a view to consolidation and water impermeability enhancement: by volume (m3), removal of an

33、y excess material: by area of exposed surface (m2) or by volume (m3), grouting and filling of ground anchors, soil nails and micropiles: by number or length (m), accounted for separately according to type and dimensions, grouting, accounted for separately according to grouting stage (pregrouting, gr

34、outing or regrouting), and filling associated with bored piling, displacement piling and diaphragm walling: by mass (kg) of grouting material or number, per component or injection hole, grouts: by volume (l) or mass (kg) of grouting material, cleaning and filling of boreholes and pipes: by length (m

35、), accounted for separately according to types and dimensions. DIN 18309:2016-09 7 1 Scope 1.1 This standard covers injection operations for the purpose of improving, consolidating and strengthening soil, rock or structures, for filling voids and for displacing soil. It also applies to pressure-grou

36、ting work in connection with ground anchors, soil nailing, bored piling, micropiling, diaphragm walling and displacement piling. 1.2 This standard does not cover the grouting of tendon ducts (see DIN 18331), drilling work associated with grouting (see DIN 18301), jet grouting work (see DIN 18321), f

37、illing of cracks and voids in concrete (see DIN 18349). 1.3 DIN 18299, clauses 1 to 5 also apply. In cases where the specifications of DIN 18299 contradict the present standard, DIN 18309 shall take precedence. 2 Materials and components The specifications of DIN 18299, clause 2 shall be supplemente

38、d as follows: 2.1 General The contractor shall ascertain that the constituent materials and the grouting material comply with the requirements of the following standards that are relevant for the work, and provide proof of such compliance, if requested by the client: DIN EN 1537 DIN EN 12699 DIN EN

39、12715 DIN EN 14199 DIN EN 14490 2.2 Description of ground The following standards are applicable to the investigation, identification and description of soil and rock: DIN 4020 DIN 18196 DIN EN 1997-2 DIN EN 1997-2/NA DIN EN ISO 14688-1 DIN EN ISO 14689-1 DIN EN ISO 22475-1 DIN 18309:2016-09 8 Soil

40、and rock and the voids into which grout is to be injected shall be described with special emphasis on their suitability for grouting, as set out in DIN EN 1536 and DIN EN 1538, and also according to DIN EN 1537, DIN EN 12699, DIN EN 12715, DIN EN 14199 and DIN EN 14490. 3 Execution of work The speci

41、fications of DIN 18299, clause 3 shall be supplemented as follows: 3.1 General 3.1.1 The following shall be observed when executing grouting operations: DIN EN 1536, DIN EN 1537, DIN EN 1538, DIN EN 12699, DIN EN 12715, DIN EN 14199 and DIN EN 14490. 3.1.2 The contractor shall ascertain that the gro

42、uting technique and equipment comply with the requirements and shall provide proof of compliance, if requested by the client. 3.1.3 Reservations according to VOB/B (DIN 1961), 4, clause 3 could involve in particular the following: any discrepancies between the condition of the ground on site and the

43、 specifications, any discrepancies between the results of grouting tests, preliminary investigations and loading trials, any inadequate layout of injection holes, any inadequate sequence of grouting operations, unsuitability of the material used for grouting, inadequate resistance of the ground to t

44、he grouting pressure, unsuitable grouting pressure, quantities of grouting material, and criteria for stopping work. 3.1.4 If damage to structures or services, waters, biotopes or other objects worthy of protection is to be expected as a result of grouting operations, the client shall be notified im

45、mediately. The work involved in effecting the appropriate measures shall be agreed. 3.1.5 Drilling mud and residues of grouting material shall be conveyed to the designated areas. 3.1.6 Drilling mud and residues of grouting material shall be disposed of. 3.1.7 If special admixtures have been added t

46、o the grout at the request of the client, its disposal counts as a special task (see subclause 4.2.1) DIN 18309:2016-09 9 3.2 Grouting 3.2.1 Equipment The choice of construction schedule and the choice and deployment of equipment shall be left to the contractor. 3.2.2 Procedure Grouting shall contin

47、ue until the agreed grouting parameters (e.g. quantity of grouting material, grouting pressure or other criteria for stopping work) have been reached. If these parameters cannot be reached, all necessary measures shall be agreed with the client. 3.3 Quality control A record of quality control shall

48、be kept and handed over to the client: 3.3.1 The designation, orientation, direction and final depth of each borehole or pipe, based on borehole records (see DIN 18301). 3.3.2 For every grouting operation: the date and (when injection grouting as in DIN EN 12715) also the time of the beginning and e

49、nd of grouting, the grouting point and grouting depth or depth of borehole, for sectional grouting, the location and length of sections, any unusual occurrences, such as escape of grouting material or grouting stoppages, grouting pressure and quantity of grout injected as a function of time (automatic recordings).
