17、 clause 0. Without this information, a specification of works as required in 7 ff., 7 EU ff. or 7 VS ff. of VOB/A (DIN 1960) cannot be properly drawn up. This information does not form part of the contract. The specification of works shall, in particular, include the following information as and whe
18、n applicable. 0.1 Site information 0.1.1 Type, properties and condition of background (e.g. strength, weathering and frost resistance, any dirt or contamination). 0.1.2 Type and extent of ingress of water or moisture penetration from rear. 0.1.3 Depth and types of foundation of and constructional de
19、tails of, and loads from, neighbouring structures. 0.1.4 Form of excavations. 0.1.5 Number, type, design, dimensions and location of elements to which concrete is to be applied (e.g. constructional details, geometry). 32、s, subclause 3.2, if the surface of the concrete or mortar is to be finished after spraying and after removal of formwork. 0.4 Details of associated tasks and special tasks The following are especially likely to require separate itemization in accordance with DIN 18299, subclause 0.4.1: curing fresh
33、ly sprayed concrete or mortar to protect it against adverse weather and drying out (see subclause 4.1.5). 0.5 Accounting of works In the specification of works, accounting of works shall be based on the following units, accounted for separately according to type and dimensions: sprayed concrete/mort
34、ar: by volume (m3), area (m2), length (m) or mass (t), formwork: by area (m2), formwork at edges of beams or columns: by length (m), reinforcement: by mass (kg, t), sprayed concrete components: by number, making of recesses (e.g. openings, niches, cavities, chases, ducts): by number, ties: by number
35、, DIN 18314:2016-09 7 erection, moving and removal of service, ventilation and dust extraction equipment: by number, provision of service, ventilation and dust extraction equipment: according to length of time (day, week, month), operation of service, ventilation and dust extraction equipment: accor
36、ding to length of time (h). 1 Scope 1.1 This standard deals with the production and working of plain and reinforced concrete and mortar, which are applied by spraying and compacting in one operation. 1.2 This standard does not cover: the preservation and repair of structures and components made of p
37、lain or reinforced concrete (see DIN 18349), the application of plaster by spraying (see DIN 18350). 1.3 DIN 18299, clauses 1 to 5 also apply. In cases where the specifications of DIN 18299 contradict the present standard, DIN 18314 shall take precedence. 2 Materials and components The specification
38、s of DIN 18299, clause 2 shall be supplemented as follows: The following DIN Standards cover the most commonly used standardized materials and components: DIN 1045-2:2008-08 DIN 18551 DIN EN 206-1:2001-07 DIN EN 934 (all parts) DIN EN 14487 (all parts) 3 Execution of work The specifications of DIN 1
39、8299, clause 3 shall be supplemented as follows: 3.1 General 3.1.1 DIN 18551, DIN EN 14487 (all parts), DIN 1045-3 and DIN EN 13670 shall apply for the execution of sprayed concrete work. 3.1.2 Reservations according to VOB/B (DIN 1961), 4, clause 3 could involve in particular the following: the con
40、dition of the background if this is inadequate, any circumstances likely to impair the adhesion, hardening or quality of the concrete. DIN 18314:2016-09 8 3.1.3 It shall be at the contractors discretion to select the composition of the concrete/mortar, and the mixing, working and curing methods, so
41、as to ensure compliance with the quality requirements. 3.1.4 The specified thicknesses are minimum values above the substrate profile. 3.1.5 If the design level of the surface is specified, the level shall deviate by not more than 5 cm. Work to counteract the difference between the thickness of cove
42、r and the design level of the surface counts as a special task (see subclause 4.2.1). 3.1.6 For work in accordance with DIN 18312, the tolerances specified there apply. 3.1.7 For the purposes of formed sprayed components, the tolerances specified in DIN 18202 apply. 3.2 Surface finish The surface of
43、 the concrete shall be left unfinished after spraying or removal of formwork. 4 Associated tasks and special tasks 4.1 In addition to those specified in DIN 18299, subclause 4.1, in particular the following also count as associated tasks: 4.1.1 Establishing the condition of roads, of the ground surf
44、ace, of receiving waters, etc., in accordance with VOB/B (DIN 1961), 3, clause 4. 4.1.2 Work relating to the quality control of raw materials, components and compliance of the sprayed concrete, as specified in DIN 18551 and DIN EN 14487 (all parts). 4.1.3 Erection, reassembly, dismantling and provis
45、ion of scaffolding for the contractors own use provided the surface worked on is not more than 3,5 m above the scaffolding base necessary for the work. 4.1.4 Levelling of stepped or inclined scaffolding bases with a difference in height of 40 cm (e.g. above stairs or ramps). 4.1.5 Curing freshly app
46、lied concrete to protect it against inclement weather and against drying-out, except for work specified in subclause 4.2.7. 4.1.6 Collection and disposal of rebound not mixed in with excavated material or rubble. DIN 18314:2016-09 9 4.2 In addition to those specified in DIN 18299, subclause 4.2, the
47、 following also count as special tasks: 4.2.1 The special tasks specified in subclause 3.1.5. 4.2.2 Work to protect components, equipment and persons (e.g. erection of protective walls, enclosures, barriers). 4.2.3 Provision, erection, reassembly on same site and dismantling of scaffolding for the p
48、urposes of other contractors. 4.2.4 Erection, reassembly, dismantling and provision of scaffolding for the contractors own use provided the surface worked on is more than 3,5 m above the base of the scaffolding necessary for the work. 4.2.5 Erection, reassembly, dismantling and provision of scaffolding with stepped or inclined bases (e.g. above stairs or ramps), if the levelling distance is more than 40 cm. 4.2.6 Soil and water investigations. 4.2.7 Precautionary and protective measures to protect the freshly placed concrete against chemical attack, shock, vibration, etc., and against i
