Without this information, a specification of works as required in 7 ff., 7 EU ff. or 7 VS ff. of VOB/A (DIN 1960) cannot be properly drawn up. This information does not form part of the contract. The
16、specification of works shall, in particular, include the following information as and when applicable. 0.1 Site information 0.1.1 Location of track relative to adjoining terrain (e.g. cutting, embankment), existing installations and buildings. 0.1.2 Facilities of access to work site(s) including tho
17、se to be provided by the contractor. 0.1.3 Identification and location of track systems left for the contractors sole or joint use. 0.1.4 Centreline distances of tracks, track occupation and maximum permissible speeds for work tracks and neighbouring tracks. 36、ordinating welding operations: by the hour. 1 Scope 1.1 This standard deals with track construction, including work on existing tracks, switches and ballast. 1.2 This standard does not cover earthwork associated with track work (see DIN 18300), placing of protective layers to protect the work area o
37、r for frost protection (see DIN 18315), the paving of roads (see DIN 18315, DIN 18316, DIN 18317 and DIN 18318). 1.3 DIN 18299, clauses 1 to 5 shall also apply. In cases where the specifications of DIN 18299 contradict the present standard, DIN 18325 shall take precedence. DIN 18325:2016-09 7 2 Mate
38、rials and components The specifications of DIN 18299, clause 2 shall be supplemented as follows: 2.1 The required materials and components are not normally to be supplied by the contractor. 2.2 Materials and components to be provided by the client shall be delivered free on site. 2.3 The client shal
39、l be notified in good time as to when means of transport provided by him are required. 2.4 Where the contractor is to supply materials and components, supply is to include on-site unloading and stockpiling. 3 Execution of work The specifications of DIN 18299, clause 3 shall be supplemented as follow
40、s: 3.1 Where the location of pipes, cables, drains and sewers, ducts, bench marks, obstructions and other structures is unknown before work starts, this shall be established. The work involved counts as a special task (see subclause 4.2.1). 3.2 The client and the owner, or any other authorized perso
41、n, shall be notified of any damage discovered on existing structures. 3.3 Work on or beside used track systems shall only be started or carried out where provisions as specified by the client have been made to safeguard the workforce against railway traffic. The safety measures shall be carried out
42、by the client. 3.4 Where safety measures as in subclause 3.3 are to be taken by the contractor, the flagmen and alarm system selected are to be approved by the client. 3.5 The contractor shall be responsible for safeguarding the workforce against road traffic (e.g. provision of flagmen, warning syst
43、ems). 3.6 Reservations according to VOB/B (DIN 1961), 4, clause 3 could involve in particular the following: the condition of the ground if this is obviously of inadequate strength, any departure from the declared level, slope or flatness, evidently harmful contamination, lack of essential drainage
44、facilities. DIN 18325:2016-09 8 3.7 The contractor shall ensure that, when building track systems that are open to traffic while under construction, these can safely carry the traffic at the speed specified by the client over the contractual construction period, without such traffic endangering rail
45、 operations or resulting in damage to materials or equipment. 3.8 If electrical equipment is used for work on track systems for electrified railway lines, the relevant VDE specifications are to be complied with. 3.9 On-track construction machines (in particular, small vehicles and transport equipmen
46、t) are to be suitably safeguarded against unauthorized use. 3.10 Boundary stones and survey marks shall not be removed without the clients consent. The clients datums established for the site shall be guaranteed by other points before they are removed. 3.11 The work shall be carried out so as to pre
47、vent damage to the subgrade (e.g. formation). 3.12 The contact faces of track components shall be cleaned provisionally prior to assembly. 4 Associated tasks and special tasks 4.1 In addition to those specified in DIN 18299, subclause 4.1, in particular the following also count as associated tasks:
48、4.1.1 Establishing the condition of roads, of the ground surface, of receiving waters, etc., in accordance with VOB/B (DIN 1961), 3, clause 4. 4.1.2 Removal of loose matter from components taken up by the contractor so as to make them ready for despatch. 4.1.3 Providing the workforce with information on the location and type of contacts, cable entries, benchmarks, etc. designated by the client. 4.1.4 Securing of building materials and equipment against unauthorized access so as to ensure that the structure gauge remains free from obstructions. 4.1.5 Illumination of
