20、lements the general information specified in DIN 18299, clause 0. Without this information, a specification of works as required in 7 ff., 7 EU ff. or 7 VS ff. of VOB/A (DIN 1960) cannot be properly drawn up. This information does not form part of the contract. The specification of works shall, in p

37、cording to type of construction and dimensions: flooring units, cladding units, units of special shape, surface treatment after placement. 38、ed arrises, steps and stair strings, window sills, coping stones, surrounds, units of special shape, joints, skew cuts, worked terminal stones or string courses, drips, fitting of insulating strip, trimming of excess flanking strip. 0.5.3 Number of items, accounted for separately according to type o
39、f construction and dimensions: units of special shape (e.g. refuse storage chambers), window sills (internal and external), steps and stair strings, steps of stepped skirtings, sloping plinths, worked terminal stones or string courses, window surrounds, door surrounds, columns, piers and pilasters,
40、provision of recesses for penetrations, fitting of dowels; installation of balusters, gullies, etc., mitring. DIN 18333:2016-09 8 1 Scope 1.1 This standard deals with the working of concrete surfaces and the fitting or installation of cast stone in and at buildings. 1.2 This standard does not cover:
41、 the dry jointing of sett and slab pavements (see DIN 18318), the production of concrete elements (see DIN 18331), curtain walling comprising slabs with a nominal thickness of up to 30 mm on a secondary frame (see DIN 18351). 1.3 DIN 18299, clauses 1 to 5 shall also apply. In cases where the specifi

44、oncrete from the same mix undergoing different production processes are permitted. The same applies to natural colour variations occurring in one and the same type of aggregate. DIN 18333:2016-09 9 3 Execution of work The specifications of DIN 18299, clause 3 shall be supplemented as follows. 3.1 Ge
45、neral 3.1.1 The contractor shall express any reservations he may have as a result of checks performed (see VOB/B (DIN 1961), 4, clause 3), in particular with regard to: any discrepancies between the conditions on site and those declared in the specifications, the condition of the base/background, if
46、 this is unsuitable (e.g. obvious soiling, efflorescence, cracks, surfaces that are too smooth, too damp, oily or frozen; when placing cast stone on insulation, the loadbearing layer if missing or insufficiently strong), any inadequate level of base/background, any missing or inadequate fall of outd
47、oor surfaces, any surface irregularities in the base/background exceeding the tolerances specified in DIN 18202, inclement weather conditions (see subclause 3.1.2), any missing datums. 3.1.2 Where work is to be carried out in inclement weather, measures are to be taken to prevent damage occurring, i
48、n consultation with the client. Examples of such weather conditions include temperatures below 5 C for placement of units or when working with mortar. The work involved counts as a special task (see subclause 4.2.3). 3.1.3 Deviations from the dimensions specified are permitted subject to the tolerances specified in DIN 18202 being complied with. Surface irregularities, visible in glancing light, are permitted subject to the tolerances specified in DIN 18202 being complied with. If surfaces are required to con
