Without this information, a specification of works as required in 7 ff., 7 EU ff. or 7 VS ff. of VOB/A (DIN 19
22、60) cannot be properly drawn up. This information does not form part of the contract. The specification of works shall, in particular, include the following information as and when applicable. 0.1 Site information No information is required supplementary to that specified in DIN 18299, subclause 0.1
23、. 0.2 Details of execution of work 0.2.1 Type, position, thickness of screed or topping, and laying technique used, accounted for separately for each storey. Its intended application, the anticipated loading to which it will be subjected (particularly imposed loads), and the type of flooring to be a

DIN 18354:2016-09 6 0.3.2 Such specifications may be of particular relevance in: subclause 3.1.3, if mastic asphalt screed and toppings are not to be
32、laid level, subclause 3.1.11, if surfaces of mastic asphalt screed and toppings are not to be sand-rubbed but are to be given a different treatment, subclause 3.7.2, if torch-on felts or waterproofing layers other than specified are to be used. 0.4 Details of associated tasks and special tasks No de
33、tails are required supplementary to those given in DIN 18299, subclause 0.4. 0.5 Accounting of works In the specification of works, accounting of works shall be based on the following: 0.5.1 Area (m2), accounted for separately according to type of construction and dimensions: preparation and infilli
34、ng of the base, fitting of insulating, separating, waterproofing and protective layers, fitting of mastic asphalt screed and toppings, surface treatment. 0.5.2 Length (m), accounted for separately according to type of construction and dimensions: making of toppings on steps, making of seals over mov
35、ement joints, leaving joints open in screed and toppings, joint filling, fitting of strip joint formers, edge formers, stop beads and dividing battens, making of welts, working around or to, or joining to, holes individually measuring 0,1 m2. 0.5.3 Number of items, accounted for separately according
36、 to type of construction and dimensions: making of toppings on steps, making of connections to waterproofing layers at adjacent components, working around or closing of holes individually measuring 0,1 m2, making of corners of strip joint formers and edge formers, fitting of doormat frames, etc., ma
37、king and closing of openings or recesses. 0.5.4 Mass (kg, t), accounted for separately according to type of construction and dimensions, for infilling of base. DIN 18354:2016-09 7 1 Scope 1.1 This standard specifies requirements relating to the laying of mastic asphalt screed as specified in DIN 185
38、60 (all parts), the use of mastic asphalt to protect waterproofing as specified in DIN 18195-10, mastic asphalt in combination with waterproofing work as specified in DIN 18195-5, the laying of mastic asphalt screed as specified in DIN EN 14879-3, the preparation of impervious mastic asphalt coating
39、s and linings of tanks or containers in contact with water polluting agents. 1.2 This standard does not cover work involving surfacings on roads or road surfacings on bridges (see DIN 18317). 1.3 DIN 18299, clauses 1 to 5 shall also apply. In cases where the specifications of DIN 18299 contradict th
40、e present standard, DIN 18354 shall take precedence. 2 Materials and components The specifications of DIN 18299, clause 2 shall be supplemented as follows: The DIN Standards and other requirements given below cover the most commonly used materials and components: 2.1 Bitumen and lake asphalt DIN EN
41、12591 DIN EN 13305 DIN EN 14023 Lake asphalt shall comply with the specifications of DIN EN 13108-4. 2.2 Mix The job-mix formula shall be at the contractors discretion, to be selected taking into due consideration the purpose the mix is to serve, the local climate, site conditions, imposed and other
42、 loads. 2.3 Waterproofing material DIN 18195-2 2.4 Insulating materials DIN EN 13162 DIN EN 13165 DIN EN 13166 DIN EN 13167 DIN 18354:2016-09 8 DIN EN 13169 DIN EN 13170 DIN EN 13171 Insulating material not conforming to standards (e.g. boards or granular, foamed or expanded aggregate) may be used,
43、provided proof of its suitability has been provided in accordance with the building inspectorate approval procedures. 2.5 Membranes and separating layers Membranes and separating layers shall be made from materials conforming to: DIN 18195-2 DIN 18560-2 DIN 18560-4 3 Execution of work The specificat
44、ions of DIN 18299, clause 3 shall be supplemented as follows. 3.1 General 3.1.1 Reservations according to VOB/B (DIN 1961), 4, clause 3 could involve in particular the following: any discrepancies between the conditions on site and those declared in the specifications, any missing datums, bases not
45、satisfying the requirements of DIN 18195 (all parts) and DIN 18560 (all parts), bases which are not level, or which deviate from the slope that is required for practical reasons, are at the incorrect level, have surface irregularities in the base/background exceeding the tolerances specified in DIN
46、18202, have holes or cracks, have frozen, damp, oily or soiled surfaces, or have remains of plaster, mortar, concrete or paint on their surface, inadequate rounding of corners, edges and fillets, inappropriate type, design and location of movement joints and penetrating components, any lack of drain
47、age facilities. 3.1.2 The base receiving mastic asphalt screed and toppings and waterproofing layers shall be frost-free. DIN 18354:2016-09 9 3.1.3 Mastic asphalt screed and toppings shall be laid level. 3.1.4 Mastic asphalt more than 40 mm thick shall be laid in more than one layer. 3.1.5 Departure
48、s from the dimensions specified are permitted subject to their compliance with the tolerances given in DIN 18202. Surface irregularities, visible in glancing light, are permitted subject to their compliance with the tolerances given in DIN 18202. If surfaces are required to conform to requirements regarding flatness more stringent than specified in DIN 18202:2013-04, Table 3, line 4, or to other more stringent requirements regarding dimensional accuracy specified in the same standard, the work involved counts as
