15、ment of accounts 7 0 Details required for drafting the specification of works The following information supplements the general information specified in DIN 18299, clause 0. Without this information, a specification of works as required in 7 ff., 7 EU ff. or 7 VS ff. of VOB/A (DIN 1960) cannot be pr
16、operly drawn up. This information does not form part of the contract. The specification of works shall, in particular, include the following information as and when applicable. 0.1 Site information No information is required supplementary to that specified in DIN 18299, subclause 0.1. 0.2 Details of
17、 execution of work 0.2.1 Provision, erection and disassembly of scaffolding or special-purpose equipment (e.g. telescopic ladders) if the contractor is to provide such scaffolding or equipment himself. 0.2.2 Design and materials of structure (type of masonry units, timber, steel or reinforced concre
18、te framed construction, etc.), thickness of outside walls and of floors. 0.2.3 Type and material of background (e.g. for mounting of conductors). 24、-built drawings, subclause 5.1, if accounting of the work performed is not to be based on the dimensions of the system components. 0.4 Details of associated tasks and special tasks No details are required supplementary to those given in subclause 0.4 of DIN 18299. 0.5 Accounting of works In the spec
25、ification of works, accounting of works shall be based on the following: 0.5.1 Length (m): above ground and buried conductors, accounted for separately according to material, diameter or cross section, and design. DIN 18384:2016-09 5 0.5.2 Number of items: air terminals, conductor fixings, joints, b
26、ondings, test boxes, earth electrodes, etc., accounted for separately according to type and size. 1 Scope 1.1 This standard deals with the installation of systems for the protection of structures against lightning, but does not cover the installation of electrical cable and wiring systems in buildin
27、gs (see DIN 18382). 1.2 DIN 18299 clauses 1 to 5 shall also apply. In cases where the specifications of DIN 18299 contradict the present standard, DIN 18384 shall take precedence. 2 Materials and components The specifications of DIN 18299, clause 2 shall be supplemented as follows. The following sta
28、ndards cover the most commonly used standardized materials and components: DIN VDE 0100-540 (VDE 0100-540) DIN EN 62305-1 (VDE 0185-305-1) DIN EN 62305-2 (VDE 0185-305-2) 3 Execution of work 3.1 Reservations according to VOB/B (DIN 1961), 4, clause 3 could involve in particular the following: unsuit
29、able condition of the structure or structural components. 3.2 The contractor shall draw up and supply: the design drawings required for the execution of the work and indicating all data specified as pertinent in DIN EN 62305-1 and DIN EN 62305-2, the other documents to be submitted in connection wit
30、h the necessary approval procedures, drawings showing the work performed (as-built drawings). 3.3 The contractor shall execute the work solely on the basis of drawings approved by the client and, where necessary, by the responsible authorities. DIN 18384:2016-09 6 3.4 Testing On completion of the li
31、ghtning protection system, the contractor shall carry out an inspection himself or have an acceptance inspection carried out and submit a written report on the results of that inspection to the client, the inspection procedure conforming to the specifications in DIN EN 62305-3, Supplement 3 (VDE 018
32、5-305-3, Supplement 3). The earth resistances shall also be stated in the report. 4 Associated tasks and special tasks 4.1 In addition to those specified in DIN 18299, subclause 4.1, the following also count as associated tasks: 4.1.3 Provision, erection and disassembly of scaffolding with work plat
33、forms up to 2 m above ground or floor level. 4.1.2 Drawing up and supplying the documents referred to in subclause 3.2. 4.1.3 Provision of ladders, roof trestles, roof ladders, safety belts, lanyards, etc. 4.1.4 Mounting and anchoring of fixings etc., including the mortising work involved, and the s
34、upply of the material used for anchoring. Application of corrosion protection where such is required in DIN EN 62305-1 (VDE 0185-305-1) and DIN EN 62305-2 (VDE 0185-305-2). 4.2 In addition to those specified in DIN 18299, subclause 4.2 the following also count as special tasks: 4.2.1 Provision of ro
35、oms for storage and shelter, if the client fails to make available suitable lock-up facilities. 4.2.2 Provision, erection and disassembly of scaffolding with work platforms over 2 m above ground or floor level. 4.2.3 Erection/installation, provision and disassembly of other types of equipment (e.g.
36、telescopic ladders). 4.2.4 Mortising and closing of chases and openings, except work specified in subclause 4.1.4. 4.2.5 Protection of the lightning protection system against corrosion, except for work carried out in accordance with subclause 4.1.5. 4.2.6 Installation of air terminals, conductor fix
37、ings, joints, bondings, test boxes, earth electrodes, etc. DIN 18384:2016-09 7 5 Settlement of accounts The specifications of DIN 18299, clause 5 shall be supplemented as follows. 5.1 Calculation of the work performed, irrespective of whether effected by way of drawings or by measurement, shall be based on the dimensions of the system components unless lump sum payment has been agreed for all or parts of the work. 5.2 The length of conductors, earth electrodes and air terminals shall be determined according to the length actually laid. Offcuts shall be disregarded.
