、 Specifications 3 Dimensions and designation Specifications for the standard tolerance grade (IT) are based on d, or d,. Designation of a type J cylindrical bearing (J) with an inside diameter, di, of 18 mm, an outside diameter, d, of 24 mm and a width, b, of 18 mm, made from grade Sint-B5O sintered
、 bronze, oil-impregnated: Bearing DIN 1850 - J 18 x 24 x 18 - Sint-B50 Designation of a type V flanged bearing (V) with an inside diameter, d, of 18 mm, an outside diameter, d, of 24 mm and a width, b, of 18 mm, made from grade Sint-B50 sintered bronze, oil-impregnated: Bearing DIN 1850 - V 18 x 24
、x 18 - Sint-B50 Designation of a type K spherical bearing (K) with an inside diameter, d, of 18 mm, made from sintered bronze grade Sint-B50, unlubricated (X): Bearing DIN 1850 - K 18 - Sint-B50 - X 4 Material Bushes shall be made from sintered metal materials as specified in DIN 30910-3 or IS0 5755
、. If they are to be oil-impregnated, the IS0 viscosity grade of the oil specified in DIN 51 51 9 or the identifying brand shall either be agreed upon or shall be at the manufacturers discretion. Where oil-impregnation is not desired, an X shall be included in the designation. 5 Tolerances and finish
、 The finish shall conform to the specifications given in DIN 3091 0-1 (the porous structure of sintered metal does not permit the surface roughness to be specified in accordance with DIN 4768 or DIN 4771). The manufacturing and assembly tolerances shall be as specified in table 4. NOTE: Since the ac
