5、slots (e.g. as specified in DIN 508) when used together with studsfor clamping purposes, the dimensions of both must be compatible.The use of such nuts is preferred in cases where T-head bolts are difficult to handle when mountingworkpieces or fixtures. Studs as specified in DIN 939 are not suitable
6、 for this kind of application, since theyare provided with an interference-fit thread having a length which does not match the height of the nuts.For mounting workpieces or fixtures in DIN 650 T-slots, DIN 787 T-head bolts should be used since thesecan take a higher tightening torque, particularly w
