8、 the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in English, French and German: E: Bore cutters with key drive - Form milling cutters with constant profile F: Fraises alsage lisse entranement par clavette - Fraisesde forme profil constant The semi-circular milling cutters with r = 0.5 and 0
9、8 mm featured in DIN 855 Part 1 are not included in the above-mentioned IS0 Standard. As against DIN 855, February 1960 edition, this Standard has been split into Part 1, featuring the dimensions, and Part 2 featuring the technical conditions of delivery. Type B has been adopted in this Standard fo
10、r the first time, and the total number of types has been reduced from 25 to 19 milling cutters. The diameters dl have been altered and harmonized with ISO, and their gradation now corresponds to the R 10 series of preferred numbers. In the case of the bore diameters dS, a shift has taken place in th
11、e coordination with the associated outer diameters. Furthermore, the Standard has been editorially revised, the designations being adapted in conformity with DIN 820 Part 27, December 1976 edition.
