4、Komitee fr Normung (CEN) fr zustndig erklrt worden, Europische Normen (EN) fr das Gebiet der Luft- und Raumfahrt auszuarbeiten. Durch die Vereinbarung vom 3. Oktober 1986 wurde ASD Assoziierte Organisation (ASB) des CEN. Dieses Dokument (EN 3819:2008) wurde von ASD-STAN, Fachbereich Mechanik, unter
5、Mitwirkung deutscher Experten des Normenausschusses Luft- und Raumfahrt erarbeitet. Das zustndige deutsche Normungsgremium ist der Arbeitssauschuss NA 131-03-01 AA Verbindungs-elemente“ im DIN Normenausschuss Luft- und Raumfahrt. Entsprechend Beschluss 57/9 des Technischen Ausschusses des Beirats de
6、s Normenausschusses Luft- und Raumfahrt (NL) im DIN Deutsches Institut fr Normung e.V. sind die europischen Luft- und Raumfahrt-Normungsergebnisse zweisprachig, in Deutsch und Englisch, in das Deutsche Normenwerk zu berfhren. Aus diesem Grund wurde der Deutschen Fassung dieser EN-Norm die Englische
7、Fassung hinzugefgt. Diese Norm enthlt neben den gesetzlichen Einheiten auch die Einheit inch die im Deutschen Normenwerk nicht zugelassen sind. Es wird jedoch ausdrcklich darauf hingewiesen, dass die Anwendung dieser Einheiten im nationalen amtlichen und geschftlichen Verkehr aufgrund des Gesetzes b
8、er Einheiten im Messwesen nicht zulssig ist. Nachdem Umfragen und Abstimmungen entsprechend den Regeln dieses Verbandes durchgefhrt wurden, hat diese Norm die Zustimmung der nationalen Verbnde und offiziellen Behrden
