DIN EN 16284:2013-05 EN 16284:2013 (E) 4 1 Scope This European Standard is applicable to plastic and laminate tubes which have a peal-off membrane for tamper-evidence purposes. This membrane is made of either aluminium or plastic. A test is performed to ensu

18、e membrane to the dynamometer head; b) hold the component on the dynamometer plate (vice, clamp, etc.); c) the tearing speed shall be 300 mm/m; d) the tube shall be well clamped and the test device shall pull the membrane in an axial/vertical direction; e) the pulling device need not necessarily be
19、centred to the tube opening: read the maximum value displayed. 4 Interpretation of results A membrane is considered defective in the following cases: a) part of membrane stays on the tube and obstructs the opening (e.g. delamination of the membrane material); b) if there is an agreement between cust
20、omer and supplier and the value does not conform to the limits of the specification. 5 Test report The test report shall contain the following information: a) reference to this standard and, if necessary, a specification for the method of sampling and acceptance of the batch; b) the complete identif
21、ication of the batch and of the tubes checked; c) the date of production; d) the number of tubes checked; e) the number of defects; f) the test result; g) all factors which could have affected the results or all operating details not specified in this standard; h) date, place of test and name of tester.
