The responsible German body involved in its publication is the Normenausschu Mechanische Verbindungselemente (Fasteners Standards Committee). Products as specified in this standard have not hitherto been the subject of standardi
4、zation in Germany. There follow a number of necessary corrections and amendments which could not be incorporated in the main body of the standard owing to the obligation to adopt IS0 4105 : 1979 without alteration. a) Correction of errors: In the table on page 4, the value of 1, mar for M 20 threads
5、 with a nominal length of 130 mm should read 78 mm. b) Amendments: In clause 4, three IS0 Standards are referred to as being in the course of preparation. These standards have since been published: re non-ferrous metal: IS0 8839; re surface protection by electroplating: IS0 4042; re acceptance proce
6、dure: IS0 3269. It is also to be noted that, for a number of the IS0 Standards referred to in clause 2, revised editions have subsequently been published in which the IS0 numbers and titles have been changed. 29、r the sizes selected by ISO/TC 2 to be IS0 standard (bold type) and in addition four sizes (light type) which currently are being produced and used in substantial quantities in many countries of the world. The four sizes (widths across flats of 15, 17,lQ and 22 mm) will be phased out of production a
