5、Anwendungsbeginn Anwendungsbeginn fr die von CENELEC am 2011-01-20 angenommene Europische Norm als DIN-Norm ist 2011-08-01. Daneben darf DIN EN 61850-7-3:2004-02 noch bis 2013-12-07 angewendet werden. Nationales Vorwort Vorausgegangener Norm-Entwurf: E DIN IEC 61850-7-3/A1:2006-09. Fr diese Norm ist

Beispiel: IEC 60068 ist als EN 60068 als Europische Norm durch CENELEC bernommen und als DIN EN 60068 ins Deutsche Normenwerk aufgenommen. Das Prsidium des DIN hat mit Prsidialbeschluss 1/2004 festgelegt, dass DIN-Normen, deren Inha

11、lt sich auf internationale Arbeitsergebnisse der Informationsverarbeitung grndet, unter bestimmten Bedingungen allein in englischer Sprache verffentlicht werden drfen. Diese Bedingungen sind fr die vorliegende Norm erfllt. Da sich die Benutzer der vorliegenden Norm der englischen Sprache als Fachspr

12、ache bedienen, wird die Englische Fassung der IEC 61850-7-3 verffentlicht. Fr die meisten der verwendeten Begriffe existieren keine gebruchlichen deutschen Benennungen, da sich die deutschen Anwender in der Regel ebenfalls der englischen Benennungen bedienen. Diese Norm steht nicht in unmittelbarem

23、as EN 61850-7-3 on 2010-12-07. This European Standard supersedes EN 61850-7-3:2003. Compared to EN 61850-7-3:2003, this edition: defines new common data classes used for new standards defining object models for other domains based on EN 61850 and for the representation of statistical and historical

24、data; provides clarifications and corrections to EN 61850-7-3:2003. Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent rights.
