12、al Committee CEN/TC 248 Textiles and textile products, the Secretariat of which is held by BSI, as a European Standard. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, and conflicting national standards withdrawn,

15、 standard depth of a dyeing on any textile material by a color- imetric method as a permitted alternative to the visual method described in clause 12 of IS0 105-AO1 : 1994. This method is applicable to 1/1 standard depth of colour only. Its use for other standard depths is under consideration. NOTE
16、1 Specimens which this colorimetric method indi- cate to be of 1 /I standard depth may differ from specimens which are visually assessed to be of 1/1 standard depth by comparison with physical standards known to be of 1/1 standard depth. These differences may lead to differences in the results of te
17、sts applied subsequently. It is rec- ommended that the method of assessment of 1 /l standard depth, .e. IS0 105-AO6 or visual, be included in the report of tests subsequently applied. 2 Normative reference The following standard contains provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute p
18、rovisions of this part of IS0 105. At the time of publication, the edition indicated was valid. All standards are subject to revision, and parties to agreements based on this part of IS0 105 are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent edition of the standard indicated b

CIE Publication No. 15.2:1986, Colorimetry, (second edition).” 3 Principle The CIELAB colour coordinates L (lightness), (chroma) and hab (hue) of the dyeing to be checked for 1 /I standard depth are measured
20、instrumentally. The lightness I I O 52 79 135 203 267 302 340 360 Kn, are the coefficients of the polynominal P, for m = O to 3. h, and K, are listed in table 1. 7.2 Calcualte the lightness difference between the measured and calculated values: AL = L - ko. If AL is not more than 5 0,5, the specimen
21、 represents 1/1 standard depth of colour. 7.3 Typical data which may be used to verify a computer program for direct calculation of AL are given in annex A. Annex B suggests corrective action if the test specimen does not adequately represent 1 /I standard depth. 8 Test report The test report shall
22、include the following information: a) the number and year of publication of this part of IS0 105; .e. IS0 105-A06:1995; b) all details necessary for complete identification of the sample tested; c) identification of the spectrophotometer or color- imeter used, including the CIE geometry type selecte

Annex B (informative) Corrective action If the lightness difference hL is greater than f 0.5. the test specimen does not adequately represent 1/1 standard depth. A fresh dyeing should be made using a lower concentration of dye if AL is negative, or a higher concen- tration of dye if AL is positive.
