Die Europisc

5、he Norm wurde in der WG IV Technology for Interoperability“ des CEN/TC 251 Medizinische Informatik“ bernommen und im Rahmen eines gemein-samen Projektes zwischen ISO und IEEE erarbeitet. 8、men. Sie erlaubt die automatisierte, detaillierte Erfassung von patientenbezogenen Vitaldaten und Funktionsparametern durch die Verwendung von berwachungs- und Therapiegerten beispielsweise auf einer Intensivstation oder im Operationssaal. Die primren Ziele dabei sind: Bereitstellung von Plug-and-Pl

9、ay“-Funktionalitt und Interoperabilitt mit Patienten verbundener Medizingerte fr Realzeitanwendungen. Vereinfachung des effizienten Austausches gemessener Vitaldaten von Patienten und Betriebsdaten der verwendeten Medizingerte. Echtzeit“ bedeutet, dass Daten von mehreren Medizingerten zeitgenau erfa

10、sst und in Bruchteilen von Sekunden dargestellt oder verarbeitet werden knnen, werden knnen. Gegenstand dieser Norm ist ein verbindungsorientiertes Transportprofil fr drahtgebundene lokale Netze, welches fr die Kommunikation medizinischer Gerte und Comput

12、ersysteme geeignet ist. Diese Norm ist geeignet fr Gerte-Neuentwicklungen, zielt aber insbesondere auch auf die Modifikation vorhandener Gerte ab. Unter vorhandenen Gerten“ soll hierbei Ausrstung verstanden werden, welche sich bereits in klinischen Einrichtungen im Einsatz befindet, bereits in der P

13、roduktion durch Hersteller medizinischer Gerte steht, oder deren erste Entwicklungsphasen abgeschlossen sind. Die in dieser Norm beschriebenen verbindungsorientierten Kommunikationsdienste und Protokolle stehen mit Spezifikationen der Infrared Data Association“ (IrDA) im Einklang, wurden fr ISO/IEEE

14、 11073-Anwendungen adaptiert und fr den Gebrauch in Gerten optimiert, die am Krankenbett mit Patienten verbunden sind. Als Teil der ISO/IEEE11073-Standardfamilie ist diese Norm kompatibel mit entsprechenden Standards fr die hheren Protokollschichten (11073.1xxxx und 11073.2xxxx). Sie stellt eine Alt

15、ernative zu anderen Transportsystem-Standards (11073.3xxxx) dar, insbesondere zu der Norm DIN EN ISO/IEEE 11073-30300 (Medizinische Informatik Kommunikation patientennaher medizinischer Gerte Teil 30300: Transportprofil drahtlose Infrarotbertragung (ISO/IEEE 11073-30300:2004); Englische Fassung EN I

16、SO 11073-30300:2005“). Beide Normen benutzen die gleichen IrDA-basierten Transportprotokolle. Hierdurch werden Entwicklungskosten reduziert und die Implementierung einfacher, preiswerter Adapter fr den Kabel-zu-Infrarot-bergang erleichtert. DIN EN ISO 11073-30200:2006-11 3 Diese Norm richtet sich in

17、 erster Linie an technische Experten, die medizinische Kommunikationssysteme oder diesbezgliche Schnittstellen entwickeln. Insbesondere wird eine gewisse Vertrautheit mit der ISO/IEEE11073-Standardfamilie und mit Kommunikations- und Netzwerktechnologien vorausgesetzt. Diese Norm zielt ab auf die Erf

18、llung folgender Anforderungen: a) Kompatibilitt mit existierenden Kommunikationsschemata fr medizinische Gerte zu erlauben, um Entwurfsrisiken zu minimieren, Produktkosten zu begrenzen und Nachrstungen zu erleichtern, b) Hard- und Softwareelemente zu spezifizieren, die von verschiedenen Herstellern

19、verfgbar sind, c) mglichst in der (Computer-)Industrie verfgbare Kommunikationstechnologie zu benutzen, um an zuknftigen Kostenreduzierungen teilzuhaben. 33、) and has been taken over as EN ISO 11073-30200:2005 by Technical Committee CEN/TC 251 “Health informatics”, the secretariat of which is held by NEN. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest b

34、y February 2006, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by February 2006.
