9、013-07 IntroductionIn hydraulic fluid power systems, power is transmitted and controlled through a liquid under pressure circulatingwithin an enclosed circuit.One component of such a system is the hydraulic fluid power cylinder. This is a device that converts fluid power intolinear mechanical force

17、2 Test fluid conditioning5.2.1 GeneralThe fluid used in the test circuit shall be conditioned according to 5.2.2 to 5.2.5, as applicable.5.2.2 Contamination levelThe contamination level of the fluid shall be 19/15 or , expressed in accordance with ISO 4406:1999, orlower.5.2.3 Special casesFor those

25、e as specified by the user shall be applied tothe cylinder.7.3 Sight testVerify the absence of fluid leakage past piston seals.8 Proof/external leakage test8.1 ProcedureA test pressure of 1,5 times the cylinders rated pressure or recommended operating pressure shall be appliedalternately to both end
