Thelotsize shall reexpressed inunits of blocks (winders), andthesample unit shall beone block (winder)
9、 The inspection Ievel shall be S-3.4. PACKAGING4.1 Packaaing. Fourty-eight blocks (winders) of cord shall be unit packed in a snug fittingfiberboard box conforming to style RSC, type CF, claas domestic, grade 275 of PPP-B-636. theapproximate inside dimensions of the box shall be 14-1/2 inches in le
10、ngth, 91/2 inches in width,and 7-1/2 inches in depth. Approximate dimensions shall be furnished as a guide only,4.2 =. One hundred ninety-two blocks (winders) of cord, unit packed as specified, shall bepacked in a snug titing RSC style corrugated fiberboard shipping container. The approximateinside
11、dimensions of the shipping container shall be 19 inches in length, 15 inches in width and 15inches in depth. Approximate dimensions are furnished as a guide only, Each shipping containershall be closed in accordance with ASTM D1974, Section 6, Methods of Box Closure, para. 6,2,Closure Methods for Re

When specified (see 5.2 ) plumb bob cord, packed as specified, shall bepalletized on a 4-way entry pallet in accordance with load type 1a of MI L-H DBK-774.
