SCOPE. This commercial item description covers the requiremen
2、ts for a sweatshirt used by Air Force personnel as a component of the Physical Conditioning Uniform, and by the Army as a component of the Physical Conditioning Uniform 2. CLASSIFICATION. The sweatshirt shall be in the following classes and sizes. Class 1 - Air Force; Physical Conditioning Uniform C
3、lass 2 - Army; Physical Conditioning Uniform run or dropped stitch, color not as specified; needle chew, mend, or thin area; slubby yam any loose knitting causing sleaziness, pulled or snagged stitches, any part shaded; any spot or stain (outside); raw edges, open seams, thread ends not removed, or
4、loose tension resulting in loose seams; any material defects, distorted parts or poor workmanship; any component part omitted; any component not as specified, lettering incomect, not positioned correctly, printing smeared, label missing, incorrect, or illegible; measurement of item not as Specified;
5、 bar code label omitted or not readable by scanner; human-readable interpretation (HFU) omitted or illegible; bar code not visible on folded, packaged item; bar code label causes damage to the item; any items not packaged in accordance with the contract or purchase order. 5.3.
