Salient characteristics:
2、The product shall be a concentrated deodorant in a wick bottle dispenser. The deodorant shall not contain formaidehyde or odor blocks which deaden The deodorant shall contain an odor counteractant, not just odor masking agents. When used as directed on the container, the deodorant shall eliminate th
3、e odors from stale cigarette and cigar smoke, urine and fecal matter, vomit, food spillage, garbage, cooked f mds, and perspiration. - Note. Purchasers should specify in the contract the size containers of deodorant required. Certification. The contractor shall certify that the product offered meets
4、 the salient characteristics of this description and that the product conforms to the producers own drawings, specifications, standards, and quality assurance practices and is the same product offered for sale in the commercial marketplace. The Government reserves the right to require proof of such
5、conformance prior to first delivery and thereafter as may be otherwise provided for under the provisions of the contract. _I the sense of smell. Packaging, packing, and marking. The deodorant shall be packaged in accordance with normal commercial practice and packed in shipping containers that will
6、assure acceptance by common carrier and provide product protection againstloss and damage during multiple shipments, handling, and storage. The shipping container shall be in compliance with National Motor Freight Classif ication and Uniform Freight Classification.
