This drawing describes the requirements for a filter assembly consisting of two capacitors and a choke. The filt
5、er assembly is used in a line voltage regulator; type SPR-400, 26 KVA 115 V/115 V, 400 Hz, single phase and is intended to reject the third harmonic (1,200 Hz). 13、icable laws and regulations unless a specific exemption has been obtained. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Interface and physical dimensions. The interface and physical dimensions shall be as specified herein. Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, documentation shall be retained by the m
14、anufacturer and be made available for review by the acquiring activity, or contractor upon request. 3.2 Item requirements. The individual item requirements shall be as specified herein and in table I. 3.2.1 Choke. The choke shall meet the following requirements: a. Core material and size: “C“ Core,
15、Arnold Engineering Company AA16 or equivalent; .012 inch (0.30 mm) grain oriented silicon steel. b. Coil turns: 46 (2 coils per assembly). c. Wire size and type: .11 inch (2.8 mm) diameter, type MW 30-C (heavy) in accordance with NEMA MW1000. d. Resistance at +25C: .072 ohms maximum. e. Rated voltag
16、e: 300 V ac. f. Inductance: 4.5 mH (tuned to match capacitor). g. Frequency: 1,200 Hz. h. Rated input current: 12 amperes. i. Maximum operating temperature: +155C. j. Physical dimension shall be as specified on figure 1. k. Schematic diagram shall be as specified on figure 1. l. Marking: The part ma
17、rking shall appear on the terminal board as specified in 3.2.4. 3.2.2 Capacitor. Each capacitor shall meet the following requirements: a. Capacitance: 2.5 F 6 percent. b. Rated voltage: 660 V ac, 400 Hz. c. Operating temperature range: -55C to +85C. d. Impregnant: Mineral oil. e. Each capacitor shal
18、l be CSI Technologies Inc., CSI Capacitors division PIN 97N563TNP, or equivalent. f. Physical dimensions shall be as specified on figure 2. As a minimum, each capacitor shall be marked with the following information: Voltage, capacitance, manufacturers identification code (CAGE), manufacturers PIN and date and lot code. 3.2.3 Mounting plate. Each mounting plate shall be aluminum and t
20、he dimensions shall be as specified on figure 3. 3.2.4 Terminal board. The terminal board shall be plastic laminate and the dimensions shall be as specified on figure 4. The terminal board shall be marked as follows: a. Terminals 1 and 2 shall be identified. b. “L4“ shall appear on the terminal boar
21、d to identify the choke. 3.2.5 Spacer hex nut. Each spacer hex nut shall be passivated, corrosion resistant steel, type 30302 or 30304. The dimensions shall be as specified on figure 5. 3.2.6 Threaded rod. Each threaded rod shall be passivated, corrosion resistant steel, type 30302 or 30304. The dim
22、ensions shall be as specified on figure 6. 3.2.7 All other parts. All other parts shall be as specified in table I. 3.3 Marking. The individual items shall be marked as specified in 3.2. In addition, the capacitors and terminal board shall be marked with the following information: a. The PIN as spec
23、ified in 1.2. b. A common serial number. c. The filter assembly suppliers identification code (CAGE). The unit package shall be marked, as a minimum with the PIN as specified in 1.2, the filter assembly suppliers identification code (CAGE) and the national stock number (NSN). 3.4 Recycled, recovered
24、 or environmentally preferable materials. Recycled, recovered, or environmentally preferable materials should be used to the maximum extent possible provided that the material meets or exceeds the operational and maintenance requirements, and promotes economically advantageous life cycle costs. 3.5
25、 Workmanship. The filter shall be uniform in quality and free from any defects that will affect life, serviceability, or appearance. When specified on the purchase order, the contractor shall submit conformance inspection data or a certificate of compliance verifying that the filter assembly conforms to the requirements of this drawing. This certificate shall contain the purchase order number and lot or batch number so that th
36、e certificate may be identified with the shipment. 5. PACKAGING 5.1 Packaging requirements. For acquisition purposes, the packaging requirements shall be as specified in the contract or order (see 6.2). When actual packaging of materiel is to be performed by DoD or in-house contractor personnel, the
37、se personnel need to contact the responsible packaging activity to ascertain requisite packaging requirements. Packaging requirements are maintained by the Inventory Control Points packaging activity within the Military Service or Defense Agency, or within the military services system commands. Pack
