30、erature range. Product may not necessarily be tested across the full temperature range and all parameters may not necessarily be tested. In the absence of specific parametric testing, product performance is assured by characterization and/or design. 2/ Over the specified temperature range. Temperatu

31、re coefficient is measured by the box method whereby the change in VOUTis divided by the temperature range; in this case, -55C to +125C = +180C. 3/ Thermal hysteresis is the change VOUTmeasured at TA= +25C after temperature cycling over a specified range, TA. VOUTis read initially at TA= +25C for th

32、e device under test. The device is temperature cycled and a second VOUTmeasurement is taken at +25C. The difference between the initial VOUTreading and the second VOUTreading is then expressed in ppm. For TA= +180C, the device under test is cycled from +25C to +125C to -55C to +25C. 4/ Long term dri

33、ft is logarithmic in nature and diminishes over time. Drift after the first 1,000 hours will be approximately 10 ppm / hours 1,000 .
