This detail sp

2、ecification sheet is approved for use by all departments and agencies of the Department of Defense. The requirements for acquiring the product described herein shall consist of this detail specification sheet and MIL-DTL-17376. INTENDED USE: 1. The flanges covered by this specification sheet are int

3、ended to provide anchorage on the shoulders of high pressure cylinders for cylinder caps to provide protection for the cylinder valve against damage in storage, handling, and shipping. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Flange: The compressed-gas cylinder high pressure flange shall be as specified herein and in accor

4、dance with figure 1. Figure 1 is a representative neck ring and may be varied provided dimensions of threaded portions are as shown and the dimensions fit the configuration of the cylinder. 2. Material. The steel used shall have a carbon content not greater than 0.25 percent or shall be composition

5、G41000 of SAE J402, “(R) New Steel Designation System for Wrought or Rolled Steel”.
