4、ee figure 1. This connector mates with MIL-DTL-83538/4. Insert arrangement shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-1560 (25-20). Part or Identifying Number (PIN) example: M83538/13-1. QUALIFICATION: This test plug shall be in accordance with the qualification requirements of MIL-DTL-83538. The following
5、 details and exceptions shall apply: Group A: Visual and mechanical examination (100% inspection). Group B: Not applicable. Qualification and group C: Two MIL-DTL-83538/13 test samples are required for stand alone qualification. However, if the manufacturer is in the process of qualifying MIL-DTL-83
6、538/4 concurrently with the test plug, then one test sample shall be required for qualification. Testing shall be performed in the following sequence: Visual and mechanical examination. Insulation resistance and dielectric withstanding voltage. Manufacturers that are qualifying this test plug as a s
7、tand alone accessory shall conduct insulation resistance and dielectric withstanding voltage in accordance with the requirements of MIL-DTL-83538. Manufacturers that are in the process of qualifying MIL-DTL-83538/4 connectors concurrently with MIL-DTL-83538/13 are not required to perform these two t
8、ests separately, however, these manufacturers shall certify that the mating end of MIL-DTL-83538/13 is identical to the mating side of the MIL-DTL-83538/3 buffer plug which mates with MIL-DTL-83538/4. For group C, visual and mechanical, insulation resistance, dielectric withstanding voltage and post
