26、upon waveguide temperature, altitude, operating frequency, etc. The tabulated values were calculated based upon the E field produced breakdown in a nonpressurized air dielectric waveguide under continuous wave (CW) conditions. The breakdown strength of air was considered to be 15000 volts per centim
