15、ests. Inspections and tests shall be conducted to determine compliance with specification requirements. Where feasible, the same samp1.e shall be used for the determination of two or nore test characteristics. Operational Test. Each centrifuge shall be teste6 to demonstrate its capability to operate
16、 properly. Centrifugation Time. The centrifv.a,e shall be connected to a suitable electrical source. The centrifuge shall be operated by turning the switch to the on position, and the time of programmed centrifugation shall be determined using a suitable timer. The sampling for testing shall be cond
17、ucted in accordance with MIL-STD- 105 and an inspection level of S-l. Any centrifuge that does not operate for at least 3 minutes and 2G seconds before stopping shall be cause for rejection. The acceptance number shall be zero. Rotor Speed. The centrifue shall be connected to a suitable electrical s
18、ource. The centrifuge shall be operated and the rotor speed shall be determined by use of a strobic light or other suita- ble means. The sampling for testing shall be conducted in accordance with MIL-STD-105 and an inspection level of S-l. Any centrifuge whose rotor speed does not operate within a r
19、ange of 11,400 to 1J,600 rprn shall be cause for rejection. The acceptance number shall be zero.
