This Commercial Item Description covers one type of table model centrifuge, that is cap
2、able of accommodating 1/2 to 100 milliliter (mi) capacity tubes, and suitable for general laboratory use in per- forming a wide variety of laboratory testing. Falient characteristics: Shall be a table model centrifuge, that is operable from 115 vol.t, 50/60 Hz, AC supply lines and has a maximum powe
3、r rating of 450 watts. As a minimum, shall consist of a motor driven 4-place horizontal head, metal housing with cover, power on/off switch, control panel arid power cord. The motor driven horizontal head (unloaded) shall have an adjustable speed range that includes 100 to 2400 RPM. The head shall.
4、be designed to accept the following trunnion ring with shield combina- tions - which shall be commercially available but are not required to be supplied with the centrifuge: 1. 4 each - seven (7) place trunnion ring with 7 shields to accomiodate 15 nl. round bottom tubes. 2. 4 each - two (2) place t

The cover shall be supplied with ii safety device that will not. allow the cover to be opened while the centrifuge is in operation. 15、ons set forth in the specifications where such inspections are deemed necessary to assure supplies and services conform to prescribed requirements. Responsibility for inspection. Unless otherwise specified in the Records. Records of examinations and tests perforned by or for the contractor shall be
16、maintained by the contractor and made a-vailable to the Government upon the Governments request, at any time, or from time to time, during the performance of the contract and for a period of three years after delivery of the supplies to which such records relate. Inspection. Inspection, as used here
