13、c Specification for Special Use Electromechanical Switches of Certified Quality“ and EIA 520F000, “Sectional Specification for Rotary Switches of Certified Quality. “ This detail specification is intended for use with a Supplier Declaration of Conformity provided by the switch manufacturer to the ra

14、ting level specified by the usercustomer with reference to the ordering information in 1.6. SECTION ONE-GENERAL DATA 1 Gen er al 1.1 Scope The rotary switches of certified quality covered by this detail specification shall: a) have an indexing angle of 22.5“, 30, 36“, 45“, 60“, and 90“. b) have maxi

15、mum switch body dimensions as shown herein. c) have actuator and mounting dimensions as shown herein. d) have a maximum rated voltage of 115 Va, or 50 vdc (resisti ve circuit). e) have a maximum rated current of 100 mA. f) have shaft and panel seals g) have process-sealed terminals. 1.2 Dimensional

24、45“, 60, 90“). c) Number of poles. d) Number of positions per pole. e) Shorting or nonshorting contacts, a specific combination of shorting and nonshorting contacts, or a specified code. Certified records of released lots When these records are required, they shall describe the tests for which the r

25、esults shall be presented and shall specify how those results shall be expressed. As a minimum, these results shall contain attributes information (e.g., number of components tested and number of defective components) for tests in the subgroups covered by periodic inspection without reference to the

26、 parameters for which rejection was made.
