Care must be exercised to assure that sufficient DC bias is applied to preve
17、nt polariv reversal. 8.3.2 Parallel capacitors When two or more capacitors are used in parallel, ripple current may not divide equally as a result of unequal ESR of the capacitors. It is imperative that each capacitor be operated within the specified limit of rms ripple current. 9 Additional or incr
18、eased severities or requirements to those specified in the generic and/or sectional specification 9.1 DC rated (Ud, category (u,) and surge voltages 9.1.1 Operating temperature range These capacitors are designed to operate over the temperature range of -55 “C to +85 “C at rated voltage. These capac
19、itors may be operated up to +125 “C linearly derated to 2/3 the rated voltage as shown in Table 7. 9.1.2 Surge voltage Momentary maximum voltage surges are shown in table 7. Surge voltage capability is demonstrated by applying the relevant surge voltage for 1000 cycles of 30 seconds charge through a
20、 33 ohm resistor and 30 seconds discharge through a 33 ohm resistor. Note that surge voltage capability is established in a current iiited circuit.
