Contact resistance shall be less than 50 milliohms. Continuity/ circuit configurations shall be as specified. Switche
9、s should be sealed sufficiently to withstand preconditioning, 1.1 Contact resistance shall be measured at 20 to 50 mV and 10 mA. 2. O ?reconditioning Divide samples into two equal groups. 2.1 The first sample group shall be exposed to the requirements of EIA448-19 (vapor phase) using an appropriate
10、printed circuit board previously prepared with solder paste, and the following: 7.1.1 Fluxing: Not applicable 3.1.2 Soldering: Not applicable 2.1.3 Cleaning: Spray, using solution D (deionized water/detergent). 2.2 The second sample group shall be exposed to the requirements of EIA448-21 (infrared)
11、using an appropriate printed circuit board previously prepared with solder paste, and the following: 2.2.1 Fluxing: Not applicable 2.2.3 Soldering: Not applicable 7.2.3 Cleaning: Spray, using solution D (deionized water/detergent). 2.3 Evaluation following preconditioning: contact resistance shall b
12、e less than 50 milliohms and continuity/circuit configuration shall be as specified. 2.4 Remove those seals that are intended to be removed in order to properly actuate the switches. Set 1/2 of switches in each group in open position, 1/2 in closed position, and note in report which switches are in
13、each position. 3.0 Aging 3.1 Divide test lot into two equal groups. 3.2 Group 1: Bake at 7F +PC (15gF +PF) for 97 hours. -2 -2 3.3 Group 2: Expose to steady state (sealed container) humidity in accordance with EU RS-186-3E Method 3 for 96 hours.
