The curves and tables appea

2、ring in chia PublicatSon were pre- pared by JEDEC JT-4 Committee on Photosensitive Electron Tubes, in codperation with JEDEC JS-4 Committee on Photosensitive Semhonductor Devices, corresponds closely with the orLginal S-response registration data submitted by various manufacturers. In the cases of t

3、he S38, Sag, S20, and S2l. responaes, original tabular data used In preparing response curves for regiatration purposes was submitted by the registrant and used in the preparation of the tables appearing herein, For other S-responses, tabular data was obtained from the available registratLon curves

4、, 93.16 Committee developed permissible wavelength tolerance limits on the 10% and 300% pointa for the S4,. SlO, and SI8 responses and, such limits are indicated on the curves for these responses.
