6、ost Environmental Conditioning: Devices that require electrical testing after environmental stress may be allowed to remain at room temperature for a period of up to 24 hours prior to electrical testing. Acceptance Criteria For Post Environmental Tests: Devices shall meet all the requirements specif
7、ied in manufacturers specification and there shall be no evidence of mechanical damage or corrosion. 4.0 Sample Size: The individual specification shall specify number of samples to be tested 5.0 PACKAGING: Devices may be packaged in Tape and Reel. The tape and reel shall meet the latest EIA specifi
8、cation number EIA-48 1. The size of the Reel shall be either 7” or 13”. The Tape and Reel shall be placed in a Pizza box or sleeve and its material should comply with the EIA packaging material standard for ESD sensitive items specification # EiA-54 1. The outside of the pizza box or sleeve shall be
