12、tem and single bolt hole. 4.1.1 Top plate Top plates are identified by classification and include rectangular and square plates with four fag holes. The design of the outer profile of the top plates is left to the manufacturer, provided that it is inscribed in a rectangle as provided in Wles 1 and 2

13、 by sizes A and B offigure 1 andA andA of Figure2 which is the maximum acceptable size. The holes may be oblong and form slots, provided the width of the slots is suitable for bolts of diameter (GI) as in Tables 1 and 2. 4.1.1.1 Rectangular top plates Dimensions and classification of rectanguias top

18、th tolerance The tolerance on hub width (Ti) is -y % with a minimum of 1 m. 4.4 Load capacity Maximum load, in N, which can be carried by a wheel or a castor so as to fully comply to the required acceptance criteria 6.1 Standard conditions 6.1.1 Environmental conditions Tests have to be carried out

19、at a temperature between 15 “C and 28 OC. During the 24 h prior to the test the sample(s) shall remain at the above temperature, in an environment with a relative humidity between 40 % and 70 %. Sample(s) shall not be artificially cooled during testing. 6.1.2 lkst sequence Tests, where relevant, sha

20、ll be carried out in the sequence as listed in Table 6. 5 Requirements Testing requirements for castors and wheels are listed below. Test apparatus and procedures are defined in EN 125271998.
