An amendment to rectify these has been proposed; until then CEN WG/18 provides the following info

3、rmation: Clause 5.4.1.2 is not applicable to timber handling In accordance with Clause 5.6.1.3, an indicator detecting that the boom system is in the transport position shall be provided to all vehicle mounted loader cranes. Clause 5.4.3.1 currently contradicts this.The UK participation in its prepa

4、ration was entrusted to Technical Committee MHE/3, Cranes and derricks.A list of organizations represented on this committee can be obtained on request to its secretary.This publication does not purport to include all the necessary provisions of a contract.
