24、1766.EN13529:2003(E) 5 4.4 Testapparatus Thetestapparatusconsistsofametalframetotakeupthetestpieceandtoclamponeortwobelltypecaisson chambers(seeFigure1)Thebelltypecaissonchamberconsistsofabelltypesteelcupwithaninnerdiameter of100mm.(Thetestedareaisacirclewithadiameterof100mminsideofthegluedrings).It

25、isconnectedtoa compressedairvesselequippedwithapressurereducingvalveviaacompressedairhose.Thepressuredeviceis fixedonthesurfaceprotectionsystembyametalclamp.Toensurethetightnessofthecaissonchamber,arubber cuffisplacedbetweenthesurfaceprotectionsystemandthecaissonchamber. 27、ethod 6.1Test pieces Testpiecesareconcreteslabsmeasuringatleast300mmx200mmx40mmandarefabricatedinaccordance withEN1766usingatestconcrete(C(0.45)withamaximumaggregatesizeof8mm. ConcreteslabsarepreparedandstoredaccordingtoEN1766.Surfacepreparationiscarriedoutaccordingto EN1766bygritblasting.Afterstora

28、ge,accordingtoEN1766,theconcreteslabsshallbestoredforatleast7days inaclimateof(21 2)C/(60 10)%R.H.beforetheyarecoated.EN13529:2003(E) 6 Thetestpiecesarecoated,curedandstoredinaccordancewiththemanufacturersinstructions.Thecoating thicknessistobemeasuredinaccordancewithENISO2808. NOTE Itispossibletous

29、eslabswithoutanyreinforcement. ItisalsopossibletouseslabswithareinforcementcageaccordingtoprEN10627:2002,InformativeannexC, C.2.2.3.Then,afteracrackbridgingtest,thetestofresistanceagainstseverechemicalattackcanfollow immediatelywiththesametestpieces. Whentheresistanceofthecoatingabovethecrackintheco

30、ncreteistobetested,onlyonebelltypecaisson chamberisused.Itispositionedexactlyabovethenotchintheslab. 6.2Procedure Oneortworingsmadefromnonporousmaterialresistanttoattackbythetestingliquidofapproximatedimensions height20mm,internaldiameter100mm,aregluedonthecoatingwithachemicallyresistantsealantorglu

31、ein ordertocontainthetestingliquid.Beforethetestingliquidispouredin,theinitialhardnessofthecoatingis measured(see6.4).Whenusingtworings,twodifferenttestingliquidscanbeused.Thelevelofthetestingliquid shallreachaheightof10mm.Thetestcanbecarriedoutwithorwithoutapressureof1bar.Whentestingwith appliedpre

32、ssurethebelltypecaissonchamberisfixedandanairpressureof1bar(10 5 Pa)isapplied.When testingwithoutpressure,itisnecessarytocoverthegluedringwithalidtoavoidevaporationofthetestingliquid. Thetestdurationdependsonthefieldofapplication,specifiedinprEN15042.Thedurationshallbetypically1,3, 7,28or90days. The

33、standardtesttemperatureshallbe(21 2)C,othertesttemperaturescanbeagreedbetweentheinterested parties. 6.3 Testingliquids TestingliquidsmaybeselectedfrominformativeannexAorasagreedbetweentheinterestedparties. 6.4Evaluation Afterbeingsubjectedtochemicalattack,thetestingliquidisremovedandthesurfaceisblot

34、teddryusingasuitable absorbentorpaperclothandthetestpiecesareexaminedincomparisontoanunexposedareaofthesamplefor: blisteringinaccordancewithISO46282; flakinginaccordancewithISO46285; crackinginaccordancewithISO46284; opticalchanges(e.g.colour,gloss)inaccordancewithISO46281; ifitispossible,adhesionor

35、hardness(BuchholzindentationtestaccordingtoENISO2815orShorehardness accordingtoENISO868appropriatetothetypeofcoating)aremeasured; penetrationofthetestingliquidthroughthecoating. ThecoatingthicknessismeasuredinaccordancewithENISO2808.Theexaminationiscarriedout1hourand 24hoursafterremovalofthetestingl
