36、tmosphere,shallcomplywiththe requirementsofEN134631.Thenozzleshallbedesignedandconstructedaccordingtogoodengineeringpractice andinconformitywiththerequiredcategoriesforgroupIIequipmenttoensureavoidanceofanyignitionsource. Toclassifythecategoryoftheequipmentitshallbesubjectedtoanignitionhazardassessm

37、entinaccordancewith 5.2ofEN134631. IfthenozzledoesnotcontainanyeffectiveignitionsourcesinnormaloperationitshallbeclassifiedasGroupII category3. Thedesignofthefillingnozzleshallensurethat: a) itissuitableforusewithautomotiveLPGasspecifiedinEN589; b) itiscompatiblewiththerelevantfillingunitasspecified

38、inEN12806inaccordancewithannexB;EN13760:2003(E) 7 c) entrapmentoffingersand/orcoldburnsarenotpossible; d) itisnotpossibletoopenthevalveinthefillingnozzleifthefillingnozzleisnotproperlylockedandsealedon thefillingunit; e) itlocksintheconnectedposition; f) itisnotpossibletodisconnectthefillingnozzlefr

Theminimumlifetimeoftheservicegasketshallbe20000cycles. 4.3 Specificrequirements 4.3.1 Lightdutyvehiclefillingnozzle ThereleaseofLPGduringdisconnectionshallbelessthan1cm 3 liquid. Theflowratethroughthefillingnozzle,atapressuredifferenceof70kPa,shallbeatleast60l/min. Themaximumwe

43、ightofthefillingnozzleshallbe2kg(includingswivel,iffitted). Theexternaldiameterofthefillingnozzleshallnotexceed54mmoveralengthofatleast82mmmeasuredfrom thenormalattachmentpointofthevehicleconnectorasshowninFigureA.1.Thisincludesprotrudingancillariesin anyposition. Themaximumgripdiameterofthefillingnozzleshallbe60mm. Thenozzleshallbedesignedforonehandoperationforconnectionanddisconnection.EN13760:2003(E) 8 4.3.2 Heavydutyvehiclefillingnozzle ThereleaseofLPGduringdisconnectionshallbelessthan1cm 3 liquid.
