Manyfactorsareinvolvedinselectingthescalenumberofaprotectivefilterwhich
40、issuitableforweldingorrelated techniques. Forgasweldingandrelatedtechniques ,suchasbrazewelding,thisEuropeanstandardreferstotheflow ratethroughtheburners; Forarcwelding,airarcgouging,andplasmajetcutting ,thecurrentisanessentialfactorinmakingan accuratechoicepossible. Inaddition,forarcwelding,thetype
41、ofarcandthetypeofparentmetalarealsotobetakenintoconsideration. Otherparametershaveasignificantinfluence,butitisdifficulttoevaluatetheireffect.Theseare,inparticular: thepositionoftheoperatorinrelationtotheflameorthearc.Forexample,dependingonwhethertheoperator leansoverhisworkoradoptsanarmslengthposit
