16、ting the contact voltage drop of relays and contactors. It shall be used together with EN 2349-100. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. 18、ed contacts. 3.2 For qualification tests of relays or contactors with plug-socket holders, the voltage drop of the plug-socket holder shall be taken into account in accordance with the product standard. 3.3 For testing in the energized state the rated voltage shall be applied to the coil. 3.4 Contac
19、t loading is the rated resistive load for qualification testing. 3.5 The open contact voltage is 6 V d.c. for relays or contactors with ratings of up to 25 A and 28 V d.c. for relays or contactors with ratings over 25 A (d.c. or a.c voltage is acceptable). 3.6 For batch testing the contact load may
20、be below the rated current, but the voltage drop measured shall be projected for the maximum permissible value at rated current. 3.7 The contacts shall not be switched under load, unless otherwise specified in the product standard. 3.8 The measurement shall be taken between 3 s and 10 s after connec
21、tion of the test current. 3.9 The number of measurements shall be as follows: for batch acceptance and acceptance inspection: 1; for qualification testing: 10. 4 Test criteria The contact voltage drop shall not exceed the value specified in the product standard. 1) In preparation at the date of publ
