15、N 122110 : 1993 SECTION 1 - SCOPE This sectional specification applies to miniature screw-coupled coaxial connectors, Series SMA. It prescribes mating-face dimensions for general purpose connectors and standard test connectors, Grade O, together with gauging information. It also indicates recommende

16、d performance characteristics to tie considered when writing detail specifications, and covers the test schedules and inspection requirements for Assessment Level M, H and U. When centre conductor of semi-rigid cable is used to form centre contact, the conductor shall be trimmed to simulate the details shown in Fig 1, Detail A. Choose diameter to meet electrical requirements.

Environmental tests and Measurements Soldering i) Solderability - conditions: see 4.6.1(1) of CECC 22 000

37、. i) Centre contact Using Method 2, soldering iron, size A bit. The bit shall be applied to the solder bucket or tag. Method 2, soldering iron shall be used. The size of bit may differ from size A; it must then be prescribed in the DS. Tinning of the termination shall occur within the first 3 s, at

38、the bit shall be applied for 5 s. After soldering the connector shall be visually examined. There shall be no damage, displacement or loosening of parts. For soldering bodies the tinning requirements may differ from those for the centre contact but shall be prescribed in the DS. After soldering, the
