The evacuation system is a system to remove the air from the con

18、denser and connected piant at starbup. These two systems can be totally or partially common 3.2.26 (cooling water spray system system of pipework equipped with nozzles through which the cooling water is iqjected into the direct contact condensee) 3.2.27 water box priming system system to remove air

19、hm the water boxes at start-up and in operaion 3.2.28 tube cleaning system system to clean the condenser tubes on the cooling water side 3.2.29 debris filter system system instaiied at the water box inlet nozzle to remove smailer debris hm the cooling water. 25、ecifLcation should describe in genera terms the function, task or role of the equipment to be purcbed, e.g. whether it is part of a nao power generating phnt, a modification to an existing power generating phnt, or replacement equipment. Where appmpriate, the specmeation should define ULe function a

26、nd the Imown limitations, any, in the equipment connected to that which is being supplied so that the equipment may avoid imposing adverse conditions or the supplier may suggest modifications to connected equipment which would ensure satisfactory operation. 4.4 Equipment to be purchased The specific

27、ation my define the equipment type OT arrangement to be purebed, for example: - the condenser type (water cooled surface or direct contact condenser); - number of shells; - number of passes; - singie or muiti-pressure condenser. The specification may also define preferences for equipment types (or g

28、ive information) reganing compatibility with existing equipment, if required. The specification should define the intended methods or local practice for mintenume, inspection and operation. The specification should define requirements with regard to the general appearance of the equipment (e.g. dime

29、nsions, shape or colourj to meet local planning requirements or specific criteria, where such requirements exist. NOTE Attention is drawn to European, national and/or local legislation which may place restrictions in this area 4.6 Control and instrumentation The specification should define the genem

30、l requirements for the control and instrumentation system, the kvel of operator interuention allowed or required, integration with other control systems, localized control loops, commonal.ity and redu -auxiliary -tube cleaning system, debris equipment fiiter system, air extraction system, condensate

31、 ex - inshumentation - safe, control and shuboff valves, pressure, temperature, level and oxygen concentration local and remote indicatas; levei control systems, instrumentation for tests, conductivily measurement; plugs, etc.; systems, stairs, platforms needed for control, maintenance and aCceSS; -

32、site activities -transport, storage, hstabtion, tempomy protection for transport and site storage, cleaning of the condenser after hstahtion; -tests - commissioning andor performance tests; - documentation - equipment details, operating and maintenance manuah. -spare parts -accessories -handling and

33、 maintenance - anodes, gaskets, tubes, tools, If the purchaser wishes to have a contract for conlrol and ZnsCrmmentution sepajbm the equipment supply contract, the specifecation may requ.ire the supplier to pmvide iqfhnation on a the nscessary interfaces (e.g. inshments pmvided within the scope of s

34、upply). In addition provision may need to be made in the contmt to ensure the avaihbity of infomzation necessaty to auoW a satQfmtory contml system to be obaine. For example, this may indude a requirenwnt for co-operation between the purchaser and supplier. Altematidy the specifecation may d - oblig

35、ations e.g. opmtional staff shvt patterns; - restrictions e,g. process waste disposal. 7.2 Manning levels The specification should - condenser bundles isolated on water side due to defects or maintenance; - incorrect cooling water quality; - loss of vacuum pumps or ejectors; - excess air inleakage;

36、- flooding of the condenser; - pressure shocks in the cooling water system; - operation with excessive working fluid pressure or temperaime or mass flow rate; - failure of control equipment; - operation of turbine exhaust hood sprays. 7.7 Further operational requirements The specification should inc

37、lude information on the required flexibility and controllability of the condenser plant during transient operation. For flexibility this may comprise typical time history information and specific control criteria For controllability the limits on operating parameters should be stated. O BSI 1998 8We

38、 expec-g 8.1 Design Ive 8.1.1 General This should be a specic period which tdces into account the anticipated opemting regime and recommended maintenance and ui broadly equate to the stated opemting hm (see r.4). 40、to be optimized by the supplier according to turbine and cooling water pump cAKmcteMcs); - maximum allowable cooling water side pressure drop; - maximum dowable condensate oxygen content at dened operating conditions; - maximum ailowable condensate subcooling at defined operating conditions; - maxim

41、um air inieakage; - maximum dowable pressure and temperature both on the steam and cooling water side (spray water side). - fouling resistance; Where appropriate, other special or extreme conditions may be defined such as the possibility of isolating condenser bundles, extreme cooling water mass flo

42、w rate, excessive oxygen concentration in make-up war, etc. b BSI 1998 * * tn 9.2 Performance The specification may define the operating points and other - maximum oxygen concentration in the condensate at design loads and at agreed part loads, - condensate subcooling at design load and agreed part

43、loads; - water side pressure drop at design cooling water flow conditions; - the time to evacuate the plant from atmospheric to a nominated pressure. A special requirement may be that during this period the cleaning systems, if any, are operated to an extent to be agreed. NOTE Performance tests are

44、sometimes conducted off site and may be carried out at conditions different from the operating point. The results may require scaiiig according to agreed niles. 9.3 Equipment margins The spectfication should identgy required equipment margins. The parameters to be considered may be: - tube side velo

45、city; - cooling water pressure and temperature; - air inleakage; - condenser surface area The purchaser should ensure that the input parameters specified wili be appropriate for the whole operating lifetime of the equipment, for example that allowance has been made for cooling water pressure shocks

46、and air inleakage. 9.4 Availability The specification may specvy availability requirements. In order to demonstrate conformity wiuL these requirements, the specification may request the supplier to use data on availabilitg, reliability, and maintainabilitg to carry out an antllys.is to show that the

47、 target availability wiU be met. 9.6 Levels of component redundancy The specification may define requirements for component reduruluv. We requirements may provide either additional operaticmal security or cover extremes of operating conditions, for example additional vacuum pumps or ejectors for exc

49、rate thut the hl of redundancy included is adequate to meet the availability requirements. 9.6 Further performance requirements Not applicable to this guide. 10 Design and fabrication 10.1 Specific equipment features 10.1.1 Condenser design and construction The specification may propose methods, practices and procedures for the design (e.g. stsuctural calcuiation codes, criteria for combination of loads, etc.). For the supplier these methods and procedures should be considered as minimum requirements. The specification may stipuiak a mini
