If in a particular country the safetyregulations for the application of a material spec
31、ify a minimum flash point, the material to beused in that country shall comply with that requirement.5.2 ViscosityViscosity of the varnish, determined in accordance with 5.3 of IEC 60464-2, shall be within10 % of the nominal value. The nominal value and the method shall be stated in the purchasecont
32、ract.5.3 Content of non-volatile matterContent of non-volatile matter, of the varnish determined in accordance with 5.4 of IEC 60464-2,shall be within 2 % of the nominal value. The nominal value and the test conditions shall bestated in the purchase contract.5.4 TackinessTackiness of the varnish sha
33、ll be determined according to 6.4.1 of IEC 60464-2. The varnishshall be non-tacky.5.5 Resistance to vapour of solventsResistance of the varnish to vapour of solvents, according to 6.4.3 of IEC 60464-2, shall showno change in adherence, peeling, blistering, draining and no tackiness.NOTE This test ap
