7、61010 has been prepared by Technical Committee EPU66 and is the English language version of EN 61010-1:1993 Safety requirements for electrical equipment for measurement, control, and laboratory use - Part 1: General requirements including amendment A2: 1995, published by the European Committee for E

8、lectrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC). It was derived by CENELEC from IEC 61010-1:1990 including amendments 1:1992 and 2:1995 and corrigendum April 1999, published by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). This British Standard supersedes BS 4743:1979 and BS 5458:1977 which are wit

9、hdrawn. The CENELEC common modifications have been implemented at the appropriate places in the text. The start and finish of each common modification is indicated in the text by tags Parts of the original IEC text that have been modified by CENELEC are quoted in National annex NA. The start and fin

10、ish of text introduced or altered by amendment is indicated in the text by tags a. Tags indicating changes to IEC text carry the number of the IEC amendment. For example, text altered by IEC amendment 2 is indicated by m a. CENELEC text (in this case Annex ZA) which has been altered by CENELEC amend

24、, together with a common modification prepared by Reporting Secretariat SR 66E, was submitted to the CENELEC members for formal vote. This draft was approved by CENELEC as EN 61010-1 on 9 March 1993. NOTE Documents DIS 66E(C.0.)12 and ADIS 66E(C.0.)15 and 15A were published as amendment 1 to the Int

25、ernational Standard IEC 1010-1 in September 1992. This European Standard supersedes HD 401 S1:1980. 29、ntrol, and laboratory equipment, was submitted to the IEC-CENELEC parallel vote and was approved by CENELEC as Amendment A2 to EN 1010-1:1993 on 1995-07-04. This amendment supersedes HD 215 S1:1974. The following dates were fixed: latest date by which the amendment has to be implemented at national

30、level by publication of an identical national standard or by latest date by which the national standards conflicting with the amendment have to be endorsement (dop) 1996-04-01 withdrawn (dow) 1996-04-01 For products which have complied with EN 61010-1:1993 and HD 215 s1:1974 before 1996-04-01, as sh
