19、bject This part of IEC 11 19 applies to calibration tapes for assessing and correcting the techni- cal performance of equipment for the digital audio tape (DAT) cassette system. The object of this part is to specify programme content, format and other parameters of calibration tapes, so that direct
20、comparison may be made between the technical per- formance of different equipment for the DAT cassette system. 2 Normative references The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this International Standard. Tapes for making calibration tape 3.2 Tapespeed Calibration tapes shall be suitable for playing at a speed of 8,15 mmis.
24、3.3 Track width The recording track width shall be 23 pm f 1,5 pm. 3.4 Tracking scheme The control signal (CTL) shall be recorded on the optional track 1.
