41、b7 Ub2.5470 AL5 Page 13 EN 61169-1-1 1997 1 1 Test schedule and inspection requirements 1 1 .1 Qualification approval procedures One of the following procedures shall be used: a) Fixed quantity sample procedure This shall consist of the appropriate fixed quantity sample passing the initial tests in
42、group O without any failures. The fixed quantity number of specimens shall be: Level M - 36 specimens Levei H - 18 specimens Specimens for groups 01, 02, D4-D7 shall then be selected randomly from the group O specimsns and subjected to the inspection for their particular group. No failures are permi
43、tted. The number of specimens in each group Dl , D2, D4-D6 shall be: Level M - 6 specimens Level H - 3 specimens Any additional specimens required for group D7 inspection shall also first be subjected to group O tests. No failures are permitted. A set of piece parts shall be randomly selected for gr
44、oup 03 inspection. No failures are permitted. b) Lot-by-lot procedure This shall consist of three consecutive lots passing the acceptance tests in groups Al and 81. Specimens from these lots shall be randomly selected for periodic tests in groups DI, 02,04-07 and shall be subjected to the relevant i
45、nspection for their parthlar group. The number of specimens in each group D1, 02,04-D6 shall be: Level M - 6 specimens Level H - 3 specimens A set of piece parts shall be randomly selected for group 03 inspection. No failures are permitted. 11 -2 Quality conformance inspection a) Lot-by-lot tests Th
