21、categorized as meeting the requirements of isolator devices used in outside plant environments. 31、tandard are mentioned in 5.2 (see Table 2). The samples shall be terminated onto single-mode fibres as per IEC 60793-1-1 Type B 1.1 in either coated fibres (primary and secondary) or reinforced cable format. Each test defines the number of samples to be evaluated. Table 1 is intended to provide guid
32、ance on the wavelength ranges of the various spectral bands. It is not intended for specification. Values of operating wavelength used in performance verification shall be specified between the customer and supplier or shall be as defined in the manufacturers specification. 34、9 4 Test report Fully documented test reports and supporting evidence shall be prepared and be available for inspections as evidence that the tests have been carried out and complied with. 5 Performance requirements 5.1 Sample size, sequencing and grouping Sample sizes for the tests are defined in A
35、nnex A of this standard. Test groups and test sequences shall be performed in sequential order as shown in Annex A. 5.2 Test details and requirements Attenuation and return loss performances are given only for non-connectorised isolators. For connectorised components the connector performances shoul
36、d be in compliance with IEC 61753-021-6. A minimum length of fibre or cable of 1,5 m per port shall be included in all climatic and environmental tests.
