The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through ISO technical committees. Each member body inte

20、rested in a subject for which a technical committee has been established has the right to be represented on that committee. International organizations, governmental and non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the work. ISO collaborates closely with the International Electrotechnica

21、l Commission (IEC) on all matters of electrotechnical standardization. International Standards are drafted in accordance with the rules given in the ISO/IEC Directives, Part 2. The main task of technical committees is to prepare International Standards. Draft International Standards adopted by the t

ISO 9346 was prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 163, Thermal performance and energy use in the built environment. This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition (ISO 9346:1987), the following clauses of w

24、hich have been technically revised: in terms 3.14 to 3.17, “moisture” has been replaced by “water vapour”; the symbol for “relative humidity” has also been changed from to in order to be in line with ISO 12572 and ISO 13788; the terms 3.4, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.11, 3.12, 3.14, 3.15, 3.16, 3.17, 3.24, 3.2

25、9 have been modified; terms 3.31 to 3.37 from Amendment 1 (ISO 9346:1987/Amd.1:1996) and a new term 3.18 have been added; the list of subscripts in Clause 4 has been completed.
