41、uld be considered passed for the actuator as well.4.4.2 Acceptance criteriaNo ignition of the actuator shall occur.No spill out of the pyrotechnic composition from the actuator shall occur.4.5 Thermal humidity cycling test4.5.1 RequirementsActuators shall be tested as specified in ISO 14451-2:2013,
42、4.4.If all gas generators/igniters contained in the actuator are already successfully tested according to ISO 14451-4:2013, 4.5 or according to ISO 14451-8:2013, 4.4, the thermal humidity cycling test should be considered passed for the actuator as well.4.5.2 Acceptance criteriaNo ignition of the ac
43、tuator shall occur.4.6 Electrostatic discharge (ESD) test4.6.1 RequirementsActuators shall be tested as specified in ISO 14451-2:2013, 4.5.If all igniters contained in the actuator are already successfully tested according to ISO 14451-8:2013, 4.5, the ESD test should be considered passed for the ac
44、tuator as well.4.6.2 Acceptance criteriaNo ignition of the actuator shall occur.4.7 Fire test4.7.1 RequirementsActuators shall be tested as specified in ISO 14451-2:2013, 4.6 with the following heating rate and in a position that can be maintained without any fixation, considering the function, the
45、shape and the connecting wire. This position shall be described in the technical documentation. 46、the flames.4.7.2 Acceptance criteriaOnly foreseeable fragmentation or foreseeable opening of the actuator shall occur.4.8 Functioning test4.8.1 RequirementsActuators shall be tested as specified in ISO 14451-2:2013, 4.9 in a position that can be maintained without any fixation, considering the funct
47、ion, the shape and the connecting wire. This position shall be described in the technical documentation.When multi-stage actuators are tested, the delay between ignition of stage 1 and the following stages shall be 5 ms or in accordance with the product specification or requirements.4.8.2 Acceptance
48、 criteriaThe actuator shall show the intended behaviour corresponding to the intended process of fragmentation or opening.5 Test matrixTable 1 shows a test matrix which summarizes all tests in an overview. Test samples have been numbered from 1 to 10 for easier reference. The roman numbers in the Ta
