10、reword This European Standard (Telecommunications series) has been produced by ECMA on behalf of its members and those of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI). The present document is one of a series of standards defining services and signalling protocols applicable to Private

11、Integrated Services Networks (PISN). The series uses the Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) concepts as developed by ITU-T and conforms to the framework of standards for Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) as defined by ISO/IEC. The present document defines the signalling protocol intenvorkin

12、g for the generic functional procedures in support of Supplementary Services andor Additional Network Features (ANFs) between a Private Integrated Services Network (PISN) and a private telecommunications network based on the Internet Protocol (IP). It is further assumed that the protocol for the PIS

13、N is that defined for the Q reference point (QSIG) and the protocols for the IP based network are based on ITU-T Recommendation H.323.
