40、ines different technology than part 1 and part 2. Introduction The present document defines TETRA SIM application to be used with the generic terminal/Integrated Circuit Card (ICC) interface. ETSI ETSI ES 200 812-2 V2.4.2 (2005-10) 8 1 Scope The present document defines the TETRA SIM (“TSIM“) applic

41、ation for TETRA mobile radio network operation. The present document specifies: specific command parameters; file structures; contents of EFs (Elementary Files); security functions; application protocol to be used on the interface between UICC and ME. This is to ensure interoperability between a TSI

42、M/UICC combination and an ME in accordance with the requirements laid down in ETR 295 (see Bibliography). Common files and commands are specified in TS 102 221 14 to which reference should be made. The present document does not define any aspects related to the administrative management phase of the

43、 TSIM.
