ETSI Technical Reports (ETRs)

14、 are infornative documents that contain material that is not suitable for adoption as a formal standard. This ETR is a guide for system operators and equipment manufacturers and should be applied to the physical design, functionality and testing of equipment and the equipment environment. Some of th

15、e various specifications are required by legislation in many member countries and should be regarded as mandatory in their application.
