Using the NUL functions, an application

49、programmer can request the VLR number, the Location Area Identifier, geodetic Location Information and the Cell Global Identification and other mobile telephony specific location information, if the network is able to support the corresponding capability. 6.1 locationReportReq locationReportReq is a method used by the application to request for mobile-related location information on one or several users.
